ZERO HERO 
Zero Hero is a specialist yeast strain developed for producing very low alcohol and non alcoholic beers with ABV levels below 0.5%. This restrained fermenting, maltose negative strain produces minimal alcohol while delivering a clean profile at lower fermentation temperatures, with the ability to develop more fruity ester character at higher temperatures for greater flexibility across different beer styles.
Designed specifically for non alcoholic brewing, Zero Hero performs best between 18 to 22°C and offers brewers a versatile approach to creating flavourful low alcohol beers with controlled fermentation performance. Pasteurisation is recommended due to its low attenuation.
