With strong biotransformation activity, excellent haze stability, and rapid fermentation performance, it is perfectly suited to modern hazy styles where aroma and flavour are key.
Ideal for Pale Ales, West Coast IPAs, and New England IPAs, this versatile strain performs best between 22 to 26°C and offers alcohol tolerance of up to 15% ABV.
