With dependable fermentation performance and broad style compatibility, it’s a versatile choice for both classic and modern ales.
Suitable for Brown Ales, Red Ales, Pale Ales, Imperial Stouts, and West Coast IPAs. Ferments best between 18–22°C with an alcohol tolerance of up to 13% ABV.
